All bookings must currently be made by emailing our groups team. Please download the below booking form, complete and send to groups@kew.org.

Kew Gardens admission rates for groups of 15 or more people

1 April to 31 October 2020 & 1 February to 31 March 2021:

Adult: £15.30

Concession*: £13.60

Child: £4.50

1 November 2020 to 31 January 2021:

Adult: £11.48

Concession*: £10.20

Child: £3.50

*Concession rate available for visitors over 65 or disabled visitors

Kew Explorer

Please note that our Kew Explorer land train tour is currently unavailable until further notice

Private guided walking tours

Private guided tours are currently unavailable until further notice. 

1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021:

60-minute tour
£5.50 per person (minimum charge of £82.50 per group)

90-minute tour
£7.50 per person (minimum charge of £112.50 per group)

Pre-paid catering vouchers

We provide pre-paid vouchers for a selection of catering offers, which can be redeemed in our restaurants and cafés. For further options, such as lunch or afternoon tea, please contact our caterers on 020 8332 5186.

Coffee and cake
£5.50 per person (tea or filter coffee served with a slice of loaf cake)

Cream tea
£5.75 per person (tea or filter coffee with a scone, jam and clotted cream)

Classic afternoon tea
£27 per person (served in The Botanical only, subject to availability)

Visiting by coach

Drop off/pick up at our designated area immediately outside Elizabeth Gate.

Parking is very limited. There is no parking permitted on Kew Road. 

Coach drivers of pre-paid groups receive free entry to the Gardens and a meal voucher, for exchange in our self-service cafés and restaurants.
