Private guided walking tours
We can arrange a private tour for your group with one of our award-winning volunteer guides. Advance booking only – six weeks’ notice recommended – and subject to availability.

Pre-paid catering vouchers
We provide pre-paid vouchers for a selection of catering offers, which can be redeemed in our restaurants and cafés. For further options, such as lunch or afternoon tea, please contact our caterers on 020 8332 5186.
Coffee and cake
£5.50 per person (tea or filter coffee served with a slice of loaf cake)
£5.75 per person (tea or filter coffee with a scone, jam and clotted cream)
Classic afternoon tea
£27 per person (served in The Botanical only, subject to availability)
Visiting by coach
Drop off/pick up at our designated area immediately outside Elizabeth Gate, or on Kew Road for Victoria Gate (limited access, depends on traffic conditions).
Parking is possible but very limited on Kew Road, there is no coach parking in Kew's car park.
Coach drivers of pre-paid groups receive free entry to the Gardens and a meal voucher, for exchange in our self-service cafés and restaurants.
