Book your time slot
Your safety, and that of our staff, is our highest priority. Entry to the Gardens is advance booking only, even for members. You will need to pre-book your time slot.
Before you come
In line with national guidance, please remember to limit your party to the rule of six or to two households only.
When indoors, you will still need to restrict your group to your household or support bubble where possible, unless you need specific assistance.
Don’t forget to check gov.uk/coronavirus for the latest guidance on travel.
Plans changed?
If you have tickets to a specific event that has been cancelled, we will be in touch with more details.
If you think you won't be able to attend, simply send a message to kewgardens@seetickets.com to free up a place for someone else.
As we are a charity, please consider donating your ticket price to help us continue our vital scientific and conservation work.
Too many people in your group?
We know that you might have intended to visit with more people than the government regulations now allow for.
If you need to change your ticket allocation simply contact the customer service for SeeTickets.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your visit, you may not get a refund. So, we suggest you add-on Refund Protection when buying your ticket.

* Includes a voluntary donation. By adding a voluntary donation to your ticket price you help support Kew's vital science and conservation work. If you are a UK taxpayer and add a donation of at least 10%, we can claim Gift Aid on the whole amount you pay.
**Proof of eligibility for students will need to be checked at the gate. NUS and University cards only.
Planned closures
We may occasionally need to close attractions for maintenance or safety reasons: check for planned closures before you visit to avoid disappointment.
