Bring your group to Kew Gardens – London’s largest UNESCO World Heritage Site – and enjoy a day immersed in centuries of science, horticulture and history.

Discounted rates for groups of 15 or more

Benefit from reduced ticket prices for parties of 15 or more people. 

Pre-paid rates for daytime visits until 31 January 2019:

  • Adults £11.48 (£13.50 at the gate)
  • Concessions* £10.20 (£12 at the gate) 
  • Children (4–16) £3.50 (£4.50 at the gate)

Pre-paid rates for daytime visits from 1 February to 31 October 2019 inclusive:

  • Adults £15.30 (£18 at the gate)
  • Concessions* £13.60 (£16 at the gate)
  • Children (4–16) £4.50 (£6 at the gate)

* senior citizens aged 60+, full-time students and disabled visitors.


Kew Explorer

We also offer reduced pre-paid group rates on the Kew Explorer, our hop-on, hop-off land train tour.

  • Adults and concessions £4 (regular price £5)
  • Children (4–16) £1.50 (regular price £2)

Private guided walking tours

We can arrange a private tour for your group with one of our award-winning volunteer guides. Advance booking only – six weeks’ notice recommended – and subject to availability

1 April to 31 October 2019 inclusive:

  • 60-minute tour £5 per person (minimum charge of £70 per group)
  • 90-minute tour £7 per person (minimum charge of £105 per group)

Pre-paid catering vouchers

We provide pre-paid vouchers, for a selection of catering offers, which can be redeemed in our restaurants and cafés. For further options, please contact our caterers on 020 8332 5186.

  • Coffee and cake £4 per person (tea or filter coffee served with a slice of loaf cake)
  • Cream tea £5.50 per person (tea or filter coffee with a scone, jam and clotted cream)
  • Afternoon tea £24.50 per person (served in The Botanical only, subject to availability)

Visiting by coach

Drop off/pick up at our designated area immediately outside Elizabeth Gate, or on Kew Road for Victoria Gate (limited access, depends on traffic conditions). 

Parking is possible but very limited on Kew Road, there is no coach parking in Kew's car park.

Coach drivers of pre-paid groups receive free entry to the Gardens and a meal voucher, for exchange in our self-service cafés and restaurants.
