Taking place in Kew’s spectacular Marianne North Gallery, this is a unique opportunity to spend an afternoon surrounded by beautiful botanical art and soak up the serene ambience of this stunning space whilst enjoying delicious sandwiches, scones, and sweet treats.

In her original plans for the gallery, Marianne North had hoped that tea and coffee could be served, but this was declared impossible by Kew’s then-director, Sir Joseph Hooker, due to the number of visitors. Over 100 years later, her vision is brought to life with this special event which promises to be a treat for both art lovers and adventurous minds alike.

The event will include a glass of Prosecco upon arrival for a welcome toast with Kew Ambassador Emilia Fox and a short talk and Q&A session with Arabella Morgan, Kew Volunteer Guide.
