Seed science and conservation, with a focus on priming to improve germination, longevity and vigour in a changing climate.
As a project officer for Europe and the Caucasus, I manage projects to research and conserve important flora from these regions at the Millennium Seed Bank and at partner organisations.
I am also undertaking my own research into seed priming of native UK species, aiming to improve germination and vigour of species with high restoration interest.
