Exploring the nine leadership dimensions
Now you’re ready to work your way through each pamphlet. You can focus on whichever leadership dimension is most relevant for the particular stage of your project. While it’s up to you, here’s a suggested order:
- Before your project delivery: vision, planning, creativity, diversity and inclusion, teamwork
- During your project: communication, adaptability, perseverance
- Following your project: self reflection, evidence portfolio
The pamphlets are not assessed, they are only used to support your understanding of the leadership dimensions.
Evidence portfolio
Everyone needs to submit an evidence portfolio to achieve the award, whether completing the award as an individual or in a group.
It’s a good idea to complete the evidence portfolio as you go.
