Twilight Nature Tour

Catch a glimpse of colourful kingfishers and secretive badgers at dusk.

Monday 12 and Thursday 15 August 2019

5.30pm until dark (approx 9.30pm)

About the evening

Join us at dusk for a chance to spot woodland creatures in their natural habitat.

Our experienced ranger will take you on a tour of the woodland trails and hides in our Loder Valley nature reserve.

Visit our kingfisher hide for a chance to catch a glimpse of these secretive birds. We'll also visit our purpose-built badger hide, where you can watch these amazing creatures eat, play and forage. More about badger watching

Part way through the evening, we'll take a short break in the woods to warm up with hot soup and a roll.

Please note, this is a wild landscape so we cannot guarantee what you'll see or hear.
