Activity: Every 30 minutes, 10am to 4pm
Workshop: 11am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.00pm

Join The Gruffalo's Child this autumn half-term at our wild botanic garden.
Go on an adventurous trail, make your own stick buddy, and enjoy cave building and cooking over a fire at our creative cookery camp.

Venture on an immersive journey through our atmospheric woodland and discover activities for all the family along the way.
Dress up as the Gruffalo’s Child, the Big Bad Mouse or any of your favourite characters and lead the way on the trail.
Make a stick buddy activity
Learn crafting skills to make your very own stick buddy.
Embark on a curious adventure accompanied by your new handmade friend.
Pre-bookable as an add-on to a day ticket to Wakehurst. Some spaces may be available to book on the day.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Creative cookery camp workshop
Explore our deep dark wood before returning to base camp for some cave building, hands-on nature art and outdoor cooking over a camp fire.
Free entry for one adult to the gardens and car parking for the day is included in the ticket price.
