After a stroll around Wakehurst’s wild botanic gardens, relax in the historic surroundings and let us wine and dine you. 

With beautiful views over our manicured lawns and wider landscape, you can unwind and enjoy a delicious three course meal.

Cream of broccoli soup served with a stilton croute

Ardennes pâté served with a toasted salt and pepper croute, fruity chutney, a roasted cherry tomato, and frisée garnish

Smoked salmon and prawn tartare with a lemon and caper crème fraiche dressing, frisée salad garnish, and lightly toasted ciabatta


Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, mélange of roasted vegetables, honeyed parsnips, roast potatoes, and a rich beef jus

Vegetable nut roast with Yorkshire pudding, mélange of roasted vegetables, honeyed parsnips, roast potatoes, and vegetarian gravy

Poached cod with a creamy lemon and chive sauce, crushed new potatoes, and carrot, pea and fine bean ensemble
