We will gently immerse you in nature, allowing it to nourish your health and wellbeing. You will breathe in the fresh air and experience all the benefits of connecting deeper to nature.
As you walk through the ancient woodlands you will learn how to slow down, be still, let go and connect through all your senses to the natural world.
It is the perfect time to rest and reflect on new beginnings.
