The botanic gardens and woodlands will be full of autumn colour, making it the perfect place to learn and practice skills that will have long-lasting benefits for the body and soul.
Gently immerse yourself in nature, allowing it to nourish your health and wellbeing. You will breathe in the fresh air and experience all the benefits of connecting deeper to the natural world.
As you walk through the ancient woodlands you will be shown how to slow down, be still, let go and connect to nature through all your senses.
It is the perfect time to rest and reflect as you head into the winter months.
About your day
Your workshop leader will guide you to the stunning Wakehurst woodlands and introduce your experience by explaining the importance of nature for our wellbeing.
There will be time for solo sensory awareness, a guided nature walk, wild art, a solo medicine walk, as well as forest bathing and time to reflect on the day.
Please note: Lunch is not provided, so we recommend packing a healthy lunch to enjoy in the woodlands.
