Join us for a fun-filled day out this May half-term, to support Mental Health Awareness Week.
From a mindfulness trail to a pre-bookable family workshop, connect with nature and grow happy thoughts in our wild botanic garden.

Daily, 10am – 5pm
Included with garden entry
Bust out your best yoga moves, indulge in a spot of sky-watching and engage the senses with the smell of spring blossoms or the touch of a tree trunk on our new mindfulness trail. This half-term, introduce curious minds to soothing nature, using gentle and fun exercises which bring calm to a busy world.
Sound baths, noise and plant percussions
8 years + | Monday to Friday, 10.30am – 12pm / 1.30pm – 3pm
12 years+ | Wednesday 1.30pm – 3pm
£22 per child (must be accompanied by 1 adult – free adult entry)
Our immersive workshop will get children exploring the benefits of sound on their wellbeing, out and about in our beautiful wild landscape. Hosted by qualified music therapists, tune into the secret sounds of the natural world and unleash the power of plants and percussion. Activities include a silent nature walk, a group jam and a sound bath.
