 Student examining seeds

Early Years

45 minutes

Allocated space

30 pupils

This workshop follows on from The dragon’s treasure trail. After pupils have been on their collecting trail, they will explore their own collections through hand lenses and magnifiers.

They will look at germinating seeds, exotic seeds, and seeds of familiar fruits.

Add two of our 45 minute activities to build a full day visit. Our recommended activities are The dragon’s treasure trail, Art in the garden, and In the potting shed.
