The Kew Online Shop is undergoing a makeover.
For the next few weeks, we’ll be working hard to build a better online shop with our full range of gifts, books and home and garden decorations and accessories.
In the meantime, please bear with us. We’ll be getting a new site up and running soon for you to buy your favourite products.
You can visit our on-site shops at Kew Gardens and Wakehurst. Don't forget, if you're a member you get a 10% discount in store.
You can still buy a stunning image of Kew with our print-on-demand online service.
Our collection of beautiful botanical art and photography is available printed onto quality paper or canvas in a variety of sizes and with a selection of frames.
If you’ve placed an order with The Kew Online Shop, don’t worry. Your order is all in hand and will be with you shortly.

We aim to deliver The Kew Online Shop products to UK addresses with 3 – 5 working days.
Deliveries to addresses within Europe may take up to 7 working days. If your delivery address is outside the UK, please be aware that you may need to consider local duties or taxes payable on those goods.
Some of our orders are tracked services, so someone may need to be available to sign for the package.
We understand that sometimes you change your mind about your order. Most of our products are eligible for refunds within 14 days.
