I am part of the Millennium Seed Bank Partnership (MSBP) team at the Kew Madagascar Conservation Centre (KMCC).

Our aim is to identify and conserve the most threatened plant species of Madagascar through the MSBP, which aims to build an effective network of seed banks in Madagascar and to compile and disseminate the information needed for ecological restoration of all major vegetation types.

My role is to participate in team activities (seed handling and identification, digitisation of specimens), manage the database and produce maps. As database manager, I manage the KMCC database. This involves handling the collection data of all the KMCC teams, recording it in the database, checking and updating it to have and maintain a high-quality database.
