Content Editor for the International Plant Names Index (IPNI)

The International Plant Names Index (IPNI) is one of the longest-running projects at RBG Kew.

As a content editor, I scan relevant literature (journals, books, electronic publications) for nomenclatural novelties to add to the IPNI database.

I respond to global enquiries regarding the database and its contents (including vascular plant names, authors and publications). Managing the IPNI registration system and editing entries is also part of this role.
