Book a school visit to Kew Gardens

We are very pleased that you are planning on bringing your students on a visit to Kew Gardens. 

To complete a booking you will need to

  • have your preferred visit date and two other dates ready. If none of your dates are available we’ll get in touch to offer other dates.
  • choose an education session for your students, you can also book a self-led visit.
  • check our prices so you know what you will have to pay. We’ll invoice you within 3 days – you will need to pay within 4 weeks (5 days for a short notice booking).

If you wish to visit in the next 5 weeks or between March and July please call the schools team on 020 8332 3832 (weekdays 9am to 4pm) before completing the form, so we can check availability.

By submitting this form you become liable for payment in full (see our terms and conditions), if you amend or cancel your booking you may incur fees.

You must have the correct ratios of adults to students:  SEN 1:1   EYFS 1:2   KS1 1:5   KS2 1:8   KS3 1:10   KS4/5 1:12 

  • Adults up to the required ratios (including those providing 1:1 SEN support): free     
  • Adults above the required ratios: £11

About your visit

You can choose an appropriate education session for your group (additional fees apply) or plan your own self-led visit

Please select 1 session for half day, or 2 sessions for a full day.
