Boost your physical and mental wellbeing with the centuries-old Chinese martial art, tai chi.

Tai chi is a moderate exercise composed of a series of flowing movements.

During this wellbeing session, you will be doing standing meditation, joint loosening exercises, and two traditional tai chi movement routines.

Through this course we aim to teach you a practice which will strengthen your mind and body.

After your session, why not pick up a hot drink and breakfast in one of our restaurants and enjoy a day out in the Gardens.

New for 2022:

A 6 week beginner course designed to provide an introduction to the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi. With weekly practices, participants will be taught the flowing sequence of the Yang style 8 step, be introduced to standing meditation and discover joint loosening exercises to improve musculoskeletal system.
