A slow, gentle form of non-aerobic exercise, Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese art practised by many people around the world, for its health, meditation and mindfulness benefits.
Through practising Tai Chi, your joints will become looser, your posture and circulation will improve and you will gradually feel an overall sense of wellbeing.
Classes will be held outdoors in a beautiful, quiet and contemplative area of Kew Gardens. Come along to this relaxing six-week course and learn a new skill for life.

Fiona Anderson is an experienced instructor of Tai Chi and is registered with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
