Join our new four-week intermediate course in our beautiful Gardens, and learn mindful practices from an accredited teacher in a supportive and enjoyable outdoor setting.
You will build on your existing knowledge of mindfulness, gaining further insights into the theory as well as more practical tools to enhance and enrich your awareness of your day-to-day experience and how you feel about yourself, others and your life.
This unique mindfulness course offers the added benefit of spending time in nature, amidst the beauty of Kew.
The course is suitable for anyone who has attended the mindfulness for healthy living foundation course (or any other introductory course on mindfulness), and who would like to learn new key concepts and refresh and deepen their practice in their lives.
Sessions will be held in the Gardens with an indoor venue available for rainy weather.
