About the course

Mindfulness is now recognised as a useful life skill to improve focus and clarity, listening and decision-making skills and perhaps most importantly, overall well-being. Mindfulness can help to completely shift how we experience life. It can change how we notice and respond to day to day challenges as well as the good things which happen.

The natural beauty of Kew Gardens is the ideal setting for this new six week course. You will learn mindful practices from an accredited teacher, in a supportive and uplifting outdoor setting.

About the tutor

Karen Liebenguth is a life coach and mindfulness trainer. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and British Focusing Association, complying with both codes of practice. She is also an Associate and Accredited Mindfulness teacher with Breathworks.
