The natural beauty of Kew Gardens is the ideal setting for this new six week course. You will learn mindful practices from an accredited teacher, in a supportive and uplifting outdoor setting.
Karen Liebenguth is a life coach and mindfulness trainer. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and British Focusing Association, complying with both codes of practice. She is also an Associate and Accredited Mindfulness teacher with Breathworks.
