Come on this four-week foundation course in our beautiful Gardens, and learn mindful practices from an accredited teacher in a supportive and enjoyable outdoor setting.

Mindfulness is now recognised as a useful life skill to improve focus and clarity, listening and decision-making, and perhaps most importantly, overall wellbeing.

Practising mindfulness can help to completely shift how we experience life. It can change how we notice and respond to day-to-day challenges as well as positive life experiences. 

Sessions will be held in the Gardens with an indoor venue available for rainy weather.
