About the tour

On this tour Kew guides will introduce you to the history and role of Kew, the scientific work that goes on behind the scenes, seasonal highlights, and at least one glasshouse.

Tours last approximately one hour and are for individual/casual visitors to the Gardens. There is a limit of 15 people per tour and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register with the guide 15 minutes before the tour begins.

Save on the price of your ticket when you book online

If it is very windy or rainy, tours may be kept inside the glasshouses for your comfort.
