About Mount Anvil and Peabody

Mount Anvil and Peabody share a vision to create inclusive communities and quality new places designed to promote wellbeing and social cohesion. We’re working together to deliver high-quality, affordable and private housing for London.  In our latest partnership, and with the help of Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, we’re delivering another outstanding place for Londoners to thrive at Watermeadow Court in Hammersmith & Fulham.

Our aim is to create a biodiverse new neighbourhood and keep carbon emissions low, to benefit our residents, local wildlife and the wider community.

Working alongside our team of partner advisers, scientists from Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew will provide their world-leading expertise on plant species and habitat creation to encourage a diversity of pollinators at Watermeadow Court.  As part of our partnership, Mount Anvil and Peabody will be funding a budding scientists’ annual placement at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew as well as giving opportunities for young people from Hammersmith & Fulham to engage with biodiversity through our support of Kew’s Youth Programmes.
