*Please note that the Mansion may be closed to accommodate weddings and private events, particularly on Saturdays. The mansion does not play a large part in the overall visitor experience as the emphasis here is mainly on the gardens, however if it is of particular interest to you it may be advisable to telephone on 01444 894071 before your visit or check with the visitor centre upon arrival. All profits from our events help raise funds for Wakehurst Place.


Loder Valley Nature Reserve

Entry to the Loder Valley Nature Reserve is restricted to 50 people a day (no more than 25 per group). To obtain a permit allowing access please go to the ticket desk in the Visitor Centre on the day you wish to visit. No pre-booking accepted.
