Wakehurst offers a varied programme of curriculum-linked activities. Visits are planned in detail to meet individual requirements. We cater for all age groups, from nursery to university.
Our experienced teachers and volunteers will ensure your students have a stimulating and enjoyable time. We focus on promoting understanding of plant biology and the environment for all levels and age groups. Our approach is cross-curricular in order to give the very best out-of-classroom experience.
Each session in the school visit programme has a capacity of 20-30 students. Wakehurst can accommodate groups of up to 120 students by implementing a rotating timetable.
