50 years of Kew at Wakehurst logo

In 2015 we celebrated the golden jubilee of Kew’s management of the Wakehurst Estate.

Much has been achieved, from the Millennium Seed Bank project and the creation of the Loder Valley and Francis Rose Nature Reserves to the introduction of the Visitor Centre, the Seed café and Stables restaurant.

Wakehurst has become a world class visitor attraction.
