Join us for traditional Christmas festivities during the daytime at Kew. Take a walk through the wintery grounds then warm up with mince pies and other festive treats before visiting Santa’s grotto.

Twelve trees of Christmas trail
Kew’s take on The Twelve Days of Christmas, an English Christmas Carol. We have paired a tree with every verse. How many trees can you find on our challenge?
Pick up a map from any entrance gate
Dates: 6 December – 4 January
Runs all day in various locations, pick up a leaflet at the gates
Get the little ones faces painted with a festive fun design

Treat yourself to a slice of cake and listen to local school choirs performing traditional carols

Warm up with mulled wine, mince pies and chestnuts from Kew Rotary Club. All proceeds go to charity.

Christmas Tree Recycling
Once the festivities are over, bring your tree (minus decorations) to Brentford gate during opening hours and have it recycled for free by our Arboretum team.
