Christmas wouldn't be the same without a visit to Father Christmas. Hear a story and tell him those exciting Christmas wishes. Visit him in this sparkling magical grotto amongst frozen forest trees. The grotto is located within the tropical setting of the Princess of Wales Conservatory.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • No advance booking
  • Queue closes at 3pm
