Chinese Medicinal Plant Trail

The roots of the balloon flower (Platycodon grandiflorus) have medicinal properties.

The Traditional Chinese Medicinal Plant Trail focuses on a handful of the 11,000 plant species that have formed part of the traditional Chinese ‘medicine chest’ for over 2,000 years.

The First World War at Kew - An exhibition of artifacts showing Kew's involvement in the war.
