Taught by our experienced Kew teachers, our programmes aim to give pupils opportunities to work scientifically in areas that are difficult or impossible to create in the school environment.
Our sessions run for 45-minutes or 90 minutes. Depending on the chosen topic, these take place at a variety of locations throughout the gardens, in the glasshouses, among the trees or in our learning spaces in Museum Number 1.
Students immerse themselves in a sensory learning journey of play and exploration in our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) programmes at Kew Gardens.
Inspire, engage and encourage curiosity by exploring our inquiry-based Primary programmes at Kew Gardens.
With either a science or geography focus, Secondary programmes at Kew Gardens aim to encourage scientific inquiry and inspire curiosity and fascination about the world, plants and its people - today and for the future.
