Kew Explorer land train

The Kew Explorer is a hop-on/hop-off land train which provides 40-minute tours of the Gardens with commentary and operates daily throughout the year. Hop aboard to learn more about Kew's plants and trees, history and Kew's vital work.

By purchasing a ticket you are helping to support Kew's work in saving the world's plants.

To purchase a ticket online, click on the date you wish to visit, then scroll down to Explorer tickets and select the number you would like to purchase.

We also offer free walking tours with our extremely knowledgeable volunteer guides plus options for groups and individuals with particular needs, for example, those with limited mobility or sight loss, learning disability or deafness.
