Making Ladle and Spoon
Ladle and Spoon was made from the trunk and two branches at the top of the oak tree used to make Cambium Column. It is a form Nash has worked with before, however this time he decided not to hollow them out as he preferred the volumes as they are. He thinks the weights work well, as do the round curves. He felt the Shirley Sherwood Gallery of Botanical Art really needed something to reach upwards, which these do.
