Water and wildlife

Take a walk on the wild side at Kew Gardens and be surprised. By the lakeside, riverside and in the woodland, nature can be found in abundance.

Located beside the Jodrell Laboratory in the northeast corner of the Gardens, the present Aquatic Garden was installed in 1909.

Kew's main lake lies along an east-west axis on the western side of the Gardens in the Arboretum.
Located on the northern side of the Cedar Vista, roughly opposite the Redwood Grove, is the Woodland Glade.
