The Itremo Massif Protected Area in Madagascar

Kew's Stuart Cable introduces the new Itremo Massif Protected Area in the Central Highlands of Madagascar, where Kew is working with local communities to safeguard plant life for our future.

Kew is working with local communities to manage this important site for plant conservation. Stuart and Solofo Rakotoarisoa from the Kew Madagascar Conservation Centre join seed collectors from Silo National des Graines Forestières who are part of Kew's Millennium Seed Bank Partnership.
