CNN at Kew - Earth's Frontiers biodiversity debate

On Wednesday 25th August 2010, CNN International's Earth's Frontiers visited Kew Gardens and asked: Is the loss of planet’s biodiversity a greater threat than climate change?

On the panel were champions of the environment Ahmed Djoghlaf, UN Executive Secretary of the Convention on Biological Diversity, Paul Smith, Director of Kew’s Millennium Seed Bank and Jon Williams, Head of Biodiversity for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. During the debate they discussed why we can no longer afford to ignore the greatest threat to our planet, the loss of our biodiversity.
