Venue hire fees
  • Monday to Friday exclusive use hire £7,000 + VAT
  • Saturday to Sunday exclusive use hire £8,000 + VAT

The large, open plan design of this venue makes it ideal for a whole range of events, including award ceremonies and lavish corporate events. With high ceilings and grand, arched windows, the room is filled with an abundance of natural light during the day and on summer evenings.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy the large terrace with its spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, with lights illuminating the surrounding trees at night.

BBQ package

This summer Kew has created an all-inclusive summer BBQ package, perfect for corporate summer parties. Starting from £120+VAT per person for seated dining or £85+VAT per person for a standing event, you will have exclusive evening use of the Orangery and its terrace with a delicious BBQ menu to choose from and an unlimited drinks package.

Christmas package

Party for the planet by celebrating the festive season at Kew. Our Christmas packages start from £95+VAT per person for seated dining and £69+VAT per person for a standing reception, inclusive of the private use of one of our historic venues, a sumptuous festive menu and drinks package. Please contact the events team for more details.

Multiple venue hire package

Bespoke venue hire packages may be arranged across any combination of Kew’s portfolio of venues.

Both the Princess of Wales Conservatory and Nash Conservatory can be used as pre-dinner drinks venues for guests who wish to book the Orangery for an evening event but require a space at Kew Gardens before 7pm.
