Concert Information

On concert days the Gardens will close at 6pm (last entry 5.15pm) to day-time visitors, before re-opening for the concerts at 6.30pm.
On concert days there will be sound checks within the hours of 3pm - 6pm.

6pm Hospitality admissions at Pavilion Gate.

7.30pm Music starts
10.15pm Music finishes with a spectacular firework finale.

• Entrance for all general ticket holders is via Victoria Gate or Lion Gate on Kew Road (A307).
• Ticket collection is from 6pm at Victoria Gate; patrons should then join the main queue.
• If leaving tickets for other members of your party for later collection,
  please also use the ticket collection desk at Victoria Gate which is manned
  until approximately 8pm; after this, remaining tickets will be left with
  security on Victoria Gate. Kew, however, can take no responsibility for
  these tickets.
• No seating is provided so do bring your own picnic rugs or folding chairs.
• For safety reasons, all naked flames (i.e. barbecues, candles, flares and
  lanterns), picnic tables, gazebos and tents are not allowed
• Please also note that videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted.
• Please leave quietly at the end of the concert out of consideration to our neighbours, and place all litter in the bins provided on the way out.
• Please use the on-site recycling facilities for glass, cans and card.
