Please note that a booking fee of £1.50 per transaction applies.

Children under 5 years are free.

Children of 5 years and over require a full price ticket.

Ticket information

  • Tickets are only available through See Tickets.
  • Tickets are not available from Kew, except on the night of the performance.
  • Any unsold tickets will be available from the box office at Kew's Victoria Gate from 6pm.

  • Your ticket does not include entry to the Gardens
  • On concert days the Gardens will close at 6pm (last entry 5.15pm) to daytime visitors, before re-opening for the concerts at 6.30pm.
  • Demand for the concerts is very high, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
  • Kew and See Tickets are unable to offer refunds/duplicates on unwanted/lost tickets.

Concert Information

On concert days the Gardens will close at 6pm (last entry 5.15pm) to daytime visitors, before re-opening for the concerts at 6.30pm.

  • Gates open 6.30pm
  • Music starts 7.30pm
  • Fireworks 10.15pm
  • All timings are approximate
  • Entrance for all ticket holders is via Victoria Gate or Lion Gate on Kew Road (A307).
  • Ticket collection is from 6pm at Victoria Gate; patrons should then join the main queue.
  • If leaving tickets for other members of your party for later collection, please also use the ticket collection desk at Victoria Gate which is manned until approximately 8pm; after this, remaining tickets will be left with security on Victoria Gate. Kew, however, can take no responsibility for these tickets.
  • No seating is provided so do bring your own picnic rugs or folding chairs and a picnic. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase from the "Swing Village."
  • For safety reasons, all naked flames (i.e. barbecues, candles, flares and lanterns), picnic tables and gazebos are not allowed.
  • Please also note that videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted.
  • Please leave quietly at the end of the concert out of consideration to our neighbours, and place all litter in the bins provided on the way out.
  • Inevitably bad weather can affect any open-air event. Any decision to cancel the concert will be taken at the advertised starting time. No refund will be given if a concert is started but later abandoned.
