Priority booking
- Priority Booking for Friends and Swing Supporters opens 9am on 22 February to 28 February inclusive.

Buying tickets for Carers/Companions
- Ticket holders are entitled to one free ticket for an essential carer/companion to accompany them to the concert. See also access information for the concerts.
Ticket information
- Tickets are only available through See Tickets.
- Tickets are not available from Kew, except on the night of the performance; See Tickets will continue to sell tickets until 9am on the day of a concert, after which time, any remaining tickets will be available from the box-office Victoria Gate from 6pm.
- Tickets purchased by phone/internet will be sent out within 2 weeks of your ticket purchase. If tickets have not arrived after this time please call the box office on 0871 231 0834.
- After 9am on 28 th June 2010 any tickets bought via phone/internet will be available for collection from the box office at Victoria Gate on the night of the concert.
- Kew and See Tickets are unable to offer refunds/duplicates on unwanted/lost tickets.
- Inevitably bad weather can affect any open-air event. Any decision to cancel the concert will be taken at the advertised starting time. No refund will be given if a concert is started but later abandoned.
- Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser and as long as the ticket is returned within 28 days of the due concert date. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
- You are welcome to visit the Gardens on the day of the concert, but please note that your concert ticket does not include day visitor entry to the Gardens. On concert days the Gardens will close at 6pm (last entry 5.15pm) to day-time visitors, before re-opening for the concerts at 6.30pm. For reasons of Health & Safety, day visitors attending a concert will need to leave the Gardens at closing time, and join the queue for entry to the concert.
- Demand for the concerts is very high, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
- Ticket holders consent to photography that may be used for promotional purposes.
