Your ticket does not include entry to the Gardens
On concert days the Gardens will close at 6pm (last entry 5.15pm) to daytime visitors, before re-opening for the concerts at 6.30pm.
Demand for the concerts is very high, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Kew and See Tickets are unable to offer refunds/duplicates on unwanted/lost tickets.

Entrance for all ticket holders is via Victoria Gate or Lion Gate on Kew Road (A307).
Ticket collection is from 6pm at Victoria Gate; patrons should then join the main queue.
If leaving tickets for other members of your party for later collection, please also use the ticket collection desk at Victoria Gate which is manned until approximately 8pm; after this, remaining tickets will be left with security on Victoria Gate. Kew, however, can take no responsibility for these tickets.
No seating is provided so do bring your own picnic rugs or folding chairs and a picnic. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase from the "Swing Village."
For safety reasons, all naked flames (i.e. barbecues, candles, flares and lanterns), picnic tables and gazebos are not allowed.
Please also note that videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted.
Please leave quietly at the end of the concert out of consideration to our neighbours, and place all litter in the bins provided on the way out.
Inevitably bad weather can affect any open-air event. Any decision to cancel the concert will be taken at the advertised starting time. No refund will be given if a concert is started but later abandoned.
