For 250 years, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew has led the world in plant and fungal science. And today, with hundreds of scientists at the centre of a global network, we are leading the quest to find plant-based solutions for people and our planet.

Our two beautiful and historic sites are among the world’s most loved public gardens. Places where plants are cherished and celebrated – and where future generations come to learn.

Through our Breathing Planet Campaign, we are seeking to raise £100 million to strengthen Kew and help build a more resilient planet.

This extraordinary and important work would be impossible without the support of people like you. Although we receive around half of our income from the government, every year we need to raise as much again from other sources. That’s why we have launched the Kew Fund, so you can help support Kew and its vital work. You can support a specific area of our work or make a gift to support all the work Kew undertakes.
