Seed conservation especially seed processing and germination, and seed bank design.

Management responsibility for seed processing and maintenance for the Millennium Seed Bank collections. Provision of advice on seed bank design. Management responsibility for ENSCONET (EU-funded project co-ordinated by RBG Kew involving 19 institutes in 12 countries). Involvement in delivery of smaller MSBP collaborations. Responsible for production of annual MSBP Business Case and maintenance of MSBP cash flow.
