The Tunga Reserve

This small protected area (Concession for Conservation) was officially declared under Peruvian law in September 2007 following a protracted negotiation process undertaken by the project. Its long-term management will be the responsibility of Grupo Aves Peru (GAP), one of the Darwin project partners.
