Note: Foster (1958: 207) recorded E. floribundus, as well as E. bonariensis. Some authors would consider that Conyza floribunda is a synonym of C. bonariensis. The synonymy may well be augmented if Cabrera (1978) is followed. There was obviously some disagreement between Cuatrecasas (1969) and Cabrera (1978) over the limits of C. bonariensis and C. floribunda, the former author placing the former species within his concept of C. bonariensis.
