Role

Manage the content of the MSBP Seed Information Database (SID) for dissemination outside the MSBP

Developing, updating and managing the MSBP Seed Information Database (SID) on behalf of stakeholders that include partners of the MSBP, scientists and academic users both internal and external, as well as the general public; Developing the Seed Germination Predictor using information available in the scientific literature as well as data stored in the MSBP Seed Bank Database (SBD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and statistical modelling.
