Welcome to the Kew Science Directory
The Science Directory (2006) represents Kew's first attempt to provide a detailed and comprehensive account of our scientific activities in a web-accessible format.
Use this resource to find out what we are up to in Burkina Faso or Brazil, or the results of our research on orchids, grasses or peas and beans. Trace that Kew staff member you met once at a conference (chances are they are still working here), or just dip in at random to get a flavour of what it's like to work in an environment where a species new to science is described each working day; where the talk at tea-time ranges from deserts to DNA barcoding and where most plant scientists and mycologists find there is no better place to study global plant and fungal diversity.
