The genus Calanthe
A monograph of the attractive orchid genus Calanthe
Calanthe is a pantropical and temperate East Asian orchid genus, with more than 150, predominantly terrestrial species, several of which are widely cultivated. A few are hardy in Britain, but most are tropical. It has never been the subject of a worldwide monograph before.
