PhD in Ecology and Evolution from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (USA). 1998.
Previous appointement: eTaxonomy co-ordinator EDIT project. RBG Kew. 2006-2011.
Lead a 2-people team that is putting together the content to populate taxon web pages for the eMonocot project and liaise with developers to define requirements of the systems to deliver the information. Content includes descriptions, keys and images for all monocot families, a selection of genera and groups of species with relevance in conservation and horticulture.
