Role
Systematics and curation of Palms and Pandans.
Research interests are in the family Arecaceae, with a particular focus on New Guinea. Shortly to publish a synopsis of Heterospathe in New Guinea and neighbouring distributions. Curation and naming of existing and incoming palm and pandan material in the collections, working with visitors, students and volunteers using the palm and pandan collections and dealing with enquiries and loan requests to the team.
