New Gallery exhibition at Wakehurst Place

Pastures New - Renaissance of a British Meadow is the stunning new exhibition which will run through the summer at Wakehurst Place, Kew's country garden in West Sussex.

Comprising extraordinary photographs of British native plants taken by Edward Parker in meadows at Ryewater in Dorset, it highlights much of the beauty and brilliance of our natural biodiversity. The series of photographs were taken as a celebration of the beauty of the restored meadow which is now one of the richest species habitats anywhere in the UK. The images highlight the importance of our native British flora to rare insect, mammal and bird species.

The exhibition is in the mansion Gallery at Wakehurst Place and is open on days when the area is not in use for private events. There is no additional admission charge for the Gallery. Wakehurst
