Pumpkins, squashes and gourdsPumpkin Pie RecipeIngredientsYou will need: • 175 g granulated sugar MethodPreheat oven to gas mark 7 (210ºC). Mix together the sugar and spices in a bowl and add a sprinkle of salt. Beat the eggs and stir in the pumpkin and then the sugar and spices. Gradually add the evaporated milk. Make a pastry case in a pie dish and then pour the mixture into the case. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to gas mark 4 (180ºC) and bake for a further 40-50 minutes until a knife comes out clean. Allow to cool. Serves 4 Continue the tour
