Where to see them at Kew Gardens

Most years Kew holds a special Autumn festival which traditionally includes spectacular displays of pumpkins, squashes and gourds in the Waterlily House.* In 2005 there will be no pumpkins or apple displays but we look forward to their return in 2006 as we celebrate Kew's heritage.

During the summer and autumn months you are also likely to find cucurbits, including the wonderful loofah, growing in the side beds of the Waterlily House, Kew's hottest glasshouse.

*seasonal displays are subject to change - please check our events pages for up-to-date information on forthcoming events.
